These terms govern use of NorthAxium Data, its REST API, MCP server, and related services.

Service description

NorthAxium Data provides programmatic access to Canadian government data, including procurement, grants, lobbying, political financing, parliamentary activity, permits, and zoning. Data is sourced from public open-data repositories.

Accounts, API keys, and subscriptions

Use of the service requires a valid account and API key. Subscription tiers, request quotas, rate limits, billing, cancellation, permitted use, data attribution, and liability terms apply as set out in the complete terms presented in the application.
